Overview
Every caliper cover set sold by C3 Custom Caliper Covers is made to order. When you place an order, we begin production based on your selected vehicle fitment, colour, and decal choice. Because each set is built specifically for your car, our return policy reflects the custom nature of what we make.
We stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect through our error, we will make it right. This policy explains exactly when returns are accepted, how to start the process, and what to expect.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns in the following situations:

The item arrived visibly damaged due to shipping

The product has a manufacturing defect (finish failure, structural issue, incorrect fitment caused by our error)

You received the wrong item — wrong colour, wrong decal, or wrong vehicle fitment that does not match your confirmed order details
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date as shown by the carrier's tracking information. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
All return requests require photographic or video evidence showing the issue clearly. Claims submitted without supporting documentation cannot be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Custom-made or made-to-order products where the colour, decal, and fitment match the order you placed

Items that have been installed on a vehicle

Items that show signs of use, handling damage, or modification after delivery

Orders where the customer selected an incorrect vehicle year, make, or model

Personalized or custom logo orders once production has begun

Items returned without prior written approval from our team
Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return under the conditions above, follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days of delivery Email sales@customcalipercovers.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem.
Step 2 — Wait for approval Do not ship anything back before receiving written approval from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
Step 3 — Ship the item back Once your return is approved, we will send you the return shipping address and any relevant instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be accepted.
Step 4 — Confirmation We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email once it arrives at our facility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of our error — meaning we sent the wrong item or a defective product. In those cases, we will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of the carrier receipt.
If your return is not approved after inspection, the item will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, email sales@customcalipercovers.ca immediately with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request."
If production has already started, cancellation is no longer possible. Because each set is custom-built to your specifications, we cannot cancel or modify orders once manufacturing is underway.
Fitment Responsibility
C3 Custom Caliper Covers produces covers specific to each vehicle's year, make, and model. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct vehicle when placing an order.

Orders placed with an incorrect vehicle selection are not eligible for return or exchange.
