Our Warranty, Straight to the Point
Every set of caliper covers from C3 Custom Caliper Covers ships with a 1-year limited warranty. If something goes wrong with the material or finish under normal use, we replace it. No runaround, no fees for the replacement itself.
This page explains exactly what's covered, what isn't, and how to start a claim if you need one.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All caliper covers are covered for one year from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use and proper installation.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It covers the product as originally ordered — same model, same size, same finish.
What's Covered

Structural defects — cracks or failures in the aluminum that were present at manufacture

Faulty mounting hardware — clips or brackets that fail under normal installation and use

Finish defects upon arrival — peeling, bubbling, or major paint flaws present when the product is received

Incorrect item sent — wrong colour, wrong size, or wrong fitment due to our error
If any of the above applies to your order, contact us. If the claim is approved, we send a replacement at no charge.
What's Not Covered

Damage that occurs during or after installation, including chips, cracks, or scratches from road debris

Normal wear and tear, including heat discoloration from prolonged high-temperature exposure

Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or use outside of the product's intended purpose

Orders where the customer selected an incorrect vehicle year, make, model, or trim

Items that have been painted over, chemically treated, or otherwise altered after delivery
Replacements — How It Works
Approved warranty claims result in a replacement of the same product originally purchased. The warranty covers replacements only — it does not include refunds, upgrades, or alternative products.
One replacement is issued per item unless otherwise approved by our team in writing.
Installation and labour costs are not covered under this warranty. If a cover needs to be removed and reinstalled for a replacement, those costs are the customer's responsibility.
Return shipping of the defective item is the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by our error (wrong item sent, defective on arrival).
How to Request a Warranty Replacement
Step 1 — Contact us within the warranty period Email sales@customcalipercovers.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. Subject line: "Warranty Claim — Order #[your number]."
Step 2 — Send photos or video Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect. Claims submitted without visual documentation cannot be reviewed.
Step 3 — Wait for our review Our team reviews all warranty claims within 2-3 business days and will email you the outcome.
Step 4 — Ship the item back if required If your claim is approved and a return is needed, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement ships.
